Sculpey Ashtray?

Hello everybody! I'll keep this short and sweet:
http://www.sataninside.com/Ashtrays.htm That's what I want to make. (I know I'm weird for wanting a coffin ashtray)
I was wondering if I could make/bake the form out of Sculpey, paint/seal it, and then *not* have it catch on fire when used as an ashtray?
I've never used Sculpey before, and there's a big ol box of it on my desk just *begging* to be used for something... Thank youuuu!!
