In my earlier post I forgot to mention that I am not in charge of getting the port-a-potties so they will probably just be the standard type(I really have no idea and no authority to get her to change her mind if they are not handicapped accessible) and she wants the OUTSIDE decorated, not the inside.

Thanks for the advice on decorating the inside but I don't think it will apply to this situation.
