Once again, this was inspired by someone else here who made almost the same thing, and I don't remember their name again...I'm soooo sorry...
Anyway, there's elastic in the waist and the top of the legwarmers to keep them up.
And I swear I don't usually stand funny, it's just the picture! I found this shirt on clearance at Walmart (I didn't even know Walmart had clearances!) so I bought an XL and made this :D

I took a bunch of pictures while I did it so I could maybe write a tutorial, even if it is pretty simple.
