another applique project

I just finished this handbag for my sister. I made one with a fox for myself a while back, and she really wanted me to make her one. The applique was a bitch!!! Rar. She HAD to choose a lemur... The eyes, nose, and tail stripes are all embroidered by hand. But the worst part was definitely trying to machine-satin stitch around the edges.




Ooops, forgot to take a picture of the back, but it's blue flowered fabric.
