Newbie, and I hope you Enjoy....
Oct. 21st, 2002 09:07 pmnew here.
How's everyone doing? Doing fairly good here. Little bit about me: 19, Lives in Virginia...Crafts major at college. Welp, thats all 'bout me.
woohoo, anywho. I just finished with it. God I love metal. Anyway...this is a small piece I just finished, its a horrible scan, because the hair doesn't allow it to lie flat on the surface, so its scewed. Its as big as my hand, maybe a little bit bigger. If that helps any of the size-wise.

I used prismacolored pencils after priming it with matte medium for the face, and primsacolor markers, and graphite powder mixed with some matte medium to color slightly the tendrils of hair - I even threw in some nail polish, because its enamel.
I like it better than I thought I would. I just wish the picture showed what it really looks like. Anywho.
I'm taking Jewelry again during second semester, Textiles, and Sculpture next semester too...or so I'm hoping. I cannot wait to get my hands dirty with clay! Sculpting. Well then...*giggles* Anywho.
I need to finish my mirror that I'm making.
I need to finish dagger too. Firtly go buy a stone and some bass wood for the hilt. Blah blah.
Too many ideas, so little time.
I may scan my necklaces and bracelets I've made as well...Enjoy!
