craftgrrlI want to buy myself a used wedding gown from the Goodwill or Salvation Army and dye it neon green. Where would a person look to find fabric dye? Enough fabric dye to do a lot of dyeing? I don't think I've ever seen it at places like Jo Anns, but I'm probably wrong...er, hopefully wrong.
If anyone could inform me of the right places to shop for dye, I'd love you forever...or maybe 'till next week at least ;)
