craftgrrlIs there such a thing as "bell tape", like snap tape or grommet tape or hook-and-eye tape except with bells? I'm thinking like a long piece of sturdy fabric with tiny jingle bells attached at even intervals. For lining sleeves and skirts and whatnot.
If not, where can I get a ton of little (no bigger than small cat collar sized) jingle bells?
