i'm going home tomorrow and it's an 8 hour CAR RIDE and i'm not driving :/

i looked through the FAQ but i only saw ideas for plane rides... which is a little more limited as far as what you can bring goes. i plan on crocheting... but i can only do that for so long :P anyone with ideas of things i can do? (aside from crossword puzzles :P)?

i'd love to MAKE something (even if it's small), but that might be a little too much to ask :D (but thought i'd ask anyway... i'm sure some of you fine people out there have gone on long trips and had something other than a discman to keep you entertained. :P)

oh, and it's an 8 hour car ride with my parents, not friends. they're cool... but not quite "road trip" fun, ya know :)
