A friend and I are dressing up as Raggedy Ann and Andy for Halloween. But we're stumped for the hair. Neither of us have enough money to just buy the red haired wig, so we were hoping to make them. Any suggestions as to what we could do?

I was thinking that I could maybe take a toque..I don't know how to describe this if you aren't familiar with it....a wool hat kind of thing, and hot glueing a bunch of red yarn to it. Would that work?
