handbound journal for bro's g/f

I mentioned this in one of the newbies posts just now. Well since i've caught the fever of hand bound books, making one so far (which i gave to my boyfriend) and desperately wanting to make a LOT more, i decided that the second one will also be a present. If anyone remembers me mentioning that on easter my brothers girlfriends house caught on fire, it starting in room and ending just out side of it, she lost everything she had, including the journal she started when she met my brother. So what i'm going to do is make a journal that fits her style. She loves the color blue, so i'm going to make a light blue cover with some kind of dark blue feather texture on that. I'm going to make a scripture on the first page and maybe a pic of my brother and her for the inside of the front cover. I'm going to design the words "Jess' Journal" on the front cover.... sounds niftay huh? Well that's not the coolest part. I'm going to make an attatched glass bead book mark for the journal. She's into making glass bead jewery, so i thought she'd get a kick out of that. I have the next two days off of work, so i'm going to work on that in between starting my scrapbook, and by at least saturday (i hope) i'll have pics to post for everyone to see the creation.
