New Layout?

Yes, I realize this is my second time posting today, but I decided to work on a layout for this community. I also realize that I'm not a mod or anything of the sort but if the maintainer or a moderator would like to change it to this layout I'll gladly send you the codes. Also if any of you see something on this journal that you'd like to have done to your's and need some help you can leave a comment on my personal journal and I'll try my best to help you.

It was basically out of boredom and a creativity surge, that's as best as I can explain it. =)
