kay:
this shirt was *way* too big for me, so i made it into a kind of close-fitting tube-thing by turning it inside out, cutting straight up both sides to take the sleeves off, and chopping it horizontally across the neck, taking the neck-hole off. then i measured how tight i wanted it to be and then sewed up both sides.

once you do that, attach a ribbon to the top of the dress, leaving length to tie in a bow, like so:

as for the bottom of the dress, it was pretty much a case of random attachment of fabric that matched that i had laying around:

and there you go.
