craftgrrl | Going away, for a while

This is my first ever picture post so i will apologise for the state of the pictures/size/messyness/whatever else may happen!
My boyfriend is going to portugal for 3 weeks to see the football (lucky him!) and gets back 3 days after I go to Australia (lucky me!) So i wont get to see him for eight weeks, so I made him a little present to make him smile.
Its a box that i modpodged little silver stars onto the inside (wich you cant see on the picture but you can see them properly for real) and put a picture of us in the bottom, and a heart bead thing on the top like handle to open it with, ive filled it with little lyrics from songs and sayings we have, and silly little things on that written on paper. I wanted to make these into little origami heart shapes but then realised my origami skills didnt strech that far so they are just folded into little diamonds.

I jsut hope he likes it and it will keep him smiley, just need some help on quilting to quilt all his old wrestling/band/comicbook t shirts together for him to remeber me by when i go to uni, why is it that nobody I know knows how to quilt? I get the impressions its harder than it looks.
