The past three or four times I've been to the fabric store, I've debated whether to get this airplane fabric. I finally did, and made a variation on the circle skirt.

I made this similar to the way you'd make a circle skirt, except that it's only three quarters of a circle, and wrapped around like a cone, and then I added a waistband and a pocket. Sorry the picture's so terrible; I bought a really cheap digital camera at Toys R Us yesterday because I was desperate.
