With a bunch of help from this community's FAQ, I just made my first messenger bag:
I made this bag because I stumbled upon some leftover fabric from a dress-with-matching-legwarmers I made out of an 80s Pacman-bedsheet that I got from Ebay a while ago. (Some tiny and not very clear pictures can be found here and here. Nevermind my goofy face, I was at a party and I was a wee bit drunk. :)).
After days and days of working on it and with a whole bunch of help from my mom I eventually finished that Chinese-style dress but I ended up with a lots of scraps of fabric. So there, I made this bag. My first sewing-project that didn't involve my mum doing 90% of the work, I did it all alone. Yay! So thanks, craftgrrls! :)
