six month anniversary

this may be better suited for the crafty_gifts community, but i have some specific questions, too.

firstly, i am totally inspired from this post & going to make a book like that for my boyfriend & i's six month anniversary. one of my questions is, what should i use for a cover? i'm out of ideas, so if you have any suggestions that would be great.

i'm also going to make 184 reasons why i love him & slip them in hersheys kisses. 184 being the number of days until our one year anniversary. my question for that is what should i put them in? any ideas?

also i want to make a homemade six month card, so if you have any suggestions for that one, too.

& the last question is we plan on making our own death cab for cutie zip-ups. probably just using letters, since this will be the first thing i've done like this. do you have any preferences for iron-on letters? or is another method like silk-screening better to use?
