UV Reactive Bottle?

Does anybody know how to make those.. blacklight reactive bottles with paint or highlighter ink?
I have the perfect freaking bottle, its a FUZE bottle and I have UV reactive paint..
Do I dilute the paint and just fill the bottle? or is there a way to paint the inside of the bottle?
I don't know if I like the water idea since I have a cat who likes to wake me up by knocking things off my dresser. :/
I looked up ideas for glass bottles in the memories but I didn't really see a detailed description on how to go about doing this.
