I've checked in the memories but didnt quite find the answer to my question:

Say I were to start a business that sold crafty shirts with my own designs on them, but I didnt make the shirts myself, you know, I just bought a pack of Hanes plain white t-shirts or whatever and used those. Could I still sell them without having any issues, or would I have to pay Hanes or whatever company I bought the shirts from. I dont really see why I would, but I just want to make sure before I go out and do something.
