Jean Handbag w/ Pink Accents ^^

I finished my first purse last night. What do you think? My "sewing teacher" Mrs. Ellen helped me get started by showing me how to do the base of it (which is made out of leather) and has pink tubing around it first, then I did the rest. Mrs. Ellen got lazy and didn't feel like cutting the jean fabric when she got done sewing it to the base, so she just made pleats...so there's a pleat type thing on the right side of the purse lol. It's made out of black leather for the base, a pant leg from a pair of jeans, and the pink handles and tubing was from an old night gown I had, and the pink lining was fabric Mrs. Ellen gave me from the tailor place she worked at which was a ball gown type fabric.

It's my first, so it's not the best. But I don't think I did too bad of a job. ^^ Now I can make purses. ^^
