I was wondering if anyone knew how to make a sweatshirt somewhat like this one? But with a vintage shirt from the local thirft store. Would it work to just cut the neck with scissors? or would I have to position the cutting properly so it sits right, and sew it? I'm sure most of you know what I am talking about. I've seen them in a bunch of stores, but really cant see myself paying $40.00 for an old sweat shirt with a cool neck. Thanks.
