Jul. 22nd, 2004 11:17 pmhi everybody, i'm new here. i'm kind of a jack of all trades when it comes to crafts...i enjoy just about everything. maybe i'll eventually get around to posting some of my projects, but for now, just an idea.
those plastic tubes that they sell aida cloth in (like this: http://63.210.199.180/00/58/4/5843.jpg.fpx?qlt=70&wid=144&cvt=jpeg) work really well for keeping knitting needles. i don't know how many bags i poked needle-size holes in trying to transport my projects, but then i realized that the tubes should be about the right size. they make a great needle case for packrats like me who don't throw anything away. :) and since they're clear, you can see what's inside without having to open it...and you can peel off the labels and decorate them however you want, of course.
