Argh!

You know, when a pattern tells you this:

"Working along opposite side of starting ch, join double strand of cotton in first st, sc in each st across..."

It doesn't really want you to make a craft. It actually wants to tie your hands up in little, crampy knots, just so it can laugh at your pain. No, really.
