Aug. 7th, 2004 10:27 pmI've a question- I looked it up in the memories but I can't find it. FIRST POST! Woo. Just learned to crochet yesterday, from my cousin, which means all I know is how to do it while referring to my handwritten instructions in my journal. I have no idea what anything is, and that crazy code you all are talking about is making me feel...strained. Anyway- to the dumbest question ever- once I make the chain (that's what it's called, correct?) how to I go on to start into the real crocheting? Do I just hook the yarn and put it through the first hole in the chain? I know what to do after that, I'm just stumped on the actual starting it part. My cousin said the corners are the hardest, and I have no idea how to do them.
Sorry for blathering, I will, uh, just go now...
