So I was looking around my room deciding what my next project would be and I spotted


Then I decided that I'd cut up my old film negatives and pin them on with sewing pins. I figured that since it is made of a wicker-ish material I could just weave the pins in, however, the material is not strong enough, and it just tore the stuff off; hich you can see in the close up on the bottom left corner.
Does anyone know how I could attach these??
