Yay for plaid skirts with a Vinyl underside... as well as an interchangeable charm button! That little scottie is through a button hole that attaches by a lobster claw through a little loop. I think that made sense... So yeah, you can change it to whatever you like. I have a unicorn that I use with this. :D This skirt is also pleated, but you can hardly tell.  The flowers are a flocked print and I had to buy it when I saw it at the store.
