I haven't been doing any crafty stuff in ages, but last night i got the itch and whipped this up:



i've had two of these wooden frames sitting around empty forever.
painted this one silver, then mixed the silver paint with glue and added the silver glitter.
used the cover image, and parts of the actual pattern, from a vintage vogue pattern found at a thrift store, for the inside.
and then just hot glued on a square mirror, and glued a glitter border around the edges so there wasn't such a risk of jabbing one's self on the corners.

the outside measures around 11 1/4 inches, and on the inside it's 7 1/2.

it's not really my style, so i am probably not going to keep it. but anyways.





i'm not sure yet what exactly i'm going to do to the other frame, but it'll post pictures when it's done.
