i need black tissue paper but i can't seem to find it in stores. where am i not looking?

i need a clean cork. can't use one from a wine bottle and i don't really want to buy a whole bag of them since i only need one. are there places that sell singles or very small bags? OR do you have any other ideas as to what i could stop up a glass bottle with? (it's a funky bottle i wanted to fill with colored water and give as a gift)
