Well I got a new Messenger bag for school this year. Just your plain old basic black one. So I decided to make it a little more interesting. I made some felt patches of two swallows, a heart, and then got some star shaped beads and buttons and sewed it all on. The strap is lined with my favourite pins. I made the felt patches by making a few stencils of a drawing I made, tracing it onto the felt, then cutting it all out and gluing them together. I used fishing line to sew them onto the bag.
