craftgrrl | ATARI project idea/questions

I found some old Atari game cartridges. On several, the stickers fell off over time. I wanted to design new graphics for them and give them as gifts to some of my gaming/gamer friends. i've thought of two ways to do this: decoupage (though i'm not sure modge podge will adhere to this plastic, or computer designed graphics converted into stickers (though i have no clue how to do such a conversion)

so i need to know:
1. if it will decoupage
2. how to make a sticker from a printout
3. if there's a better way that i just didn't think of
