Chinese Takeout boxes

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a pattern for creating your own chinese takeout box?

I'm asking because, no matter where I look around here, I can't find a chinese food restaurant that has those cute little fold-out boxes, & my fiance & I both would LOVE to get takeout in them, but since we can't, I'd like to make chinese food some night & package it up all cute like that

If anyone can help me, I'll be greatful ;D
