Aging Images/Crackling

Hi all,

I know how to crackle when you are using 2 coats of paint...but how do you crackle or age a computer print or picture??

I have seen images on things that are crackled...but it's just the image, with somewhat darker cracks. How is this achieved when no paint is used?? Any ideas welcome, thanks! If you need to see an image as an example, look here.....
