button making machines!

does anyone have one of these (it's a one inch button making machine if you were not wanting to click the link, but i am asking about that specific brand)? does it work well? was it worth the money to buy, and was it worth to the money to buy a circle cutter (if you did)?

oh and by the way thanks for all of the silk screening advice a while back!
