Hello, room service?

So I'm making a book for my spare room. Kinda a smarty pants version of a guest services book you'd find in a hotel. Can anyone help me think of things to put inside?

 

I did this last year for a friend from out of town who stayed at my place while I stayed with my boyfriend. This time, there doesn't need to be any instructions for feeding the pets or anything. Basically I've got enough to fill one page, but not a book. HELP! Thanks!
