Help,help, help...please?
Oct. 22nd, 2004 12:15 pmOkay, so I have a friend and she has MS. She can't hold a regular job due to her condition, so she does some crafty-type things to bring a bit of extra $$$. She had seen something called "heartdrops" in a store a long time ago, and thought they were cute, but not well done, as in mass-produced. She thought maybe she could do a variation of them, and she's worked out the process, BUT...these came with a little verse attached. I was hoping someone here might have seen these and remembered the verse, a site that shows them, or can come up with something appropriate that she could use.
The "heartdrops" are those squashed glass marble things that she paints a little heart on, and then decorates the heart with rhinestones, glitter, whatever. The verse says something about ---even though we're apart, you have a little piece of my heart and this will remind you I'll always be there for you---that kind of thing. Kinda cheesey, but sweet, ya know? And inexpensive, so she could conceivably sell these pretty well at local craft fairs.
Any help at all with this will definitely be greatly appreciated!
