I'm making my Halloween costume, and of course, I haven't really started yet...

I have a tank top that looks something like this:

It's just like a fuller, thicker strapped tank, but I need to make it look more like this:

More spaghetti strap-ish...  Am I being too vague?  It dosen't have to be TOTALLY spaghetti strap...  just thinner than it is..

If anyone can point me in the direction to where I can find some help, or if anyone has ever done this before, please, I would love you forever and be your slave...
