  Christmas plaques

you need:

• acrylic/craft paints
• those cheap foam stamps
• small wood plaques
• mod podge
• paint brushes/sponges

you make:

• paint the plaques in your desired colors. 
• brush paint onto your sponges & stamp each plaque.
• mod podge over the entire thing.

your tips:

• you can do these for any holiday or for any theme.
• find the stamps on clearance after the holidays.
• i bought my plaques at hobby lobby during a 50% off clearance for all wood items.  watch those advertisements!!
• work in assembly line fashion.  if you do, you can finish this project in a few hours or less!
• for hanging, staple string, wire, or pop tabs to the back.  you can also use small nails.
• you don't have to hang them.  they can be propped up intead.
• make a set for every season & store them under your bed in shoeboxes.
