craftgrrl | inside lining for book purses

Ok so I've been working on making purses made out of hard cover books for an upcoming craft show. BUT. I'm getting stuck on how to make the inside lining. I've tried 2 different ways so far - both ways involved hot-gluing the fabric in place, but they both look really sloppy.

Does anyone have instructions/tutorials on how to make the inside lining for book purses? (either by sewing them first and then hot-gluing them in, or hot-gluing it all...)
I've looked online, but can't find tutorials for it. Help!

EDIT - ok. if no one knows how to help me, then can someone give me the name of that crafty website that everyone else goes to? I can't remember the name of it. I remember seeing something awhile back about book purses though.
