So... I like to make all my Christmas packages look pretty and have themes (but not look like I bought everything at say, Target). Shopping for wrapping materials that suit my tastes is a pain. I've never been into rubber stamping. Does anyone do this for wrapping paper? Say, wrapping things with butcher paper (I'm thinking butcher paper for an old fashioned theme, with raffia tied around it) and then stamping designs? Is there a better type of paper to use? Is there a proper type of ink to use for different type of papers? Everything in the memories dealt with actually making your own stamps. Can anyone point me to some useful resources to get me started? I thought I might want to know a few things before I run to the craft store and just buy whatever's on the shelf. Thanks crafty grrls :)
