i wear it as a headband/ear warmer because i live in detroit and it it ALWAYS cold











i made this in my metalsmithing class. the other half is copper. took me a long ass time but that only makes me like it more :)


ive been going nuts and making flowers like theres no tomorrow. i might make some of them pins and some of them xmas ornaments.


so my art school is having this thing called noel night. basically, lots of "classy" locations around detroit (yes there are a few) are having special events going on and shuttles take people to and from all those places. one of the stops is my school, and people will be selling their artwork/crafts to people with a lot of money. its a juried show and i got in (woo!) and we have to present everything super nice and whatnot... im just wondering if you girls have any tips or tricks and how much you think the purses might go for. its hard to put a price tag on them.. the yarn alone is worth a lot of money but i hate upping the price a lot. i might try to get some foam heads and display the headbands... and i might put each scarf i sell in a record bowl and let them keep the bowl.. but i know i can be more creative...
