hello all! it seems like this time of year I always busy myself with crafts, so here are a few things i've done recently.








(the inside)

for this bag I used scrap fabric I had laying around. I sewed together a whole bunch of mismatched pieces, quilted, added a couple beads for embellishment (also to cover up a mistake, woops!) and tada! i've been using it quite a bit, and have gotten a couple compliments. I love telling people I made it, and having them be like "you made it?!"



next, some knitted ninja slippers. these are actually for my friend (who has bigger feet than I) so they're floppy on me. i crocheted the strap and it closes with a little heart button. (ugh they make my feet look so weird! now i have to make some in my size..)

this isn't really crafty, per se. well, i guess it kind of is. but anywho, this is the cover of a mix cd i made for my .. friend ( every mix i have ever made has been for a boy i have a crush on, i am so predictable) i just used cardstock and some fancy paper i had from a scrapbook i started this summer (sup procrastination) they are very simple, but i enjoy simplicity from time to time :)
