Lightbulb Snowmen Ornaments

craftgrrlI made a few of these fellas as gifts last year, and made some more this year to help raise some $$ for the ole alma mater marching band. (highschool, that is.) Alas only two of them sold...they'll try again tommorow night at the Holiday concert-- wish them luck!
On the left we have the gentlemen preparing for their debut at the craft fair, on the right one of our models poses in his natural habitat: hanging on a Christmas tree.
Materials: Burnt out lightbulb, stiff brown felt, regular red felt, black glass paint (surely nail polish would have sufficed), orange toothpick chunk (colored with a Sharpie), fake snow stuff (last year it was just glitter), gold wire, glue gun, heavy duty super glue (for the nose), and love.
