Hiring peeps to make crafty stuff?

I keep seeing all this cool stuff that I would buy. Is there a LJ devoted to hiring crafters to make things for others? I'd love crocheted/knitted hats for the family in particular. Though there are other things that made me holler, 'Want!' Below are the cards I made last year, just so its not a text only post. Woo.
