Sorry for the text only - I need the supplies before I can post pictures!

I got a gift tag recently, which I want to use the idea for to make cards. It was a card with a circular aperture, with two sheets of what I would say was vellum, stitched either side and confetti in between the two sheets.

I am calling it vellum, almost card thickness, translucent and an almost plasticky feel. Am I totally off the mark here and cofusing it with something else?

I'm UK based if that makes a difference.
