ideas for crafts on the go?

Hey guys, I'll likely start travelling for work soon and I'd love your ideas on what I could do while I'm on the move. I don't knit, or don't know how to yet, so that's out of the question for now. And since I'll be flying I suppose scissors and anything remotely pointy like needles doesn't work for me either. I've thought of packing a little sewing kit and some felt and fabric to play around with while I'm in the hotel, but what's one to do in transit or just sitting bored at the airport? Does anyone having any ideas? I'd be eternally grateful! =) Thanks in advance.
