iPod cozy pattern?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before--I browsed through the memories, and tried searching, and came up with nothing.

I want to make an iPod cozy for my boyfriend who has a 4th generation iPod. I have a 3rd generation iPod, so I can't use mine to make a pattern. Can anyone point me in the direction of a pattern that has windows for the screen and click wheel? Or, conversely, could someone with a 4th generation iPod tell me the measurements of the screen and click wheel, and their positions relative to the sides (since I believe the 3rd and 4th iPods are the same size)?
