Demonstration Speech

Hello girls!
This is a sort of odd request...

I have to do a Howto/Demonstration Speech at school in my Honors English class. I have absolutely no idea what to do, but last night I was thinking, hey! Why don't I do something crafty? Of course, I'm not a very crafty person and I don't know how to sew. I was thinking about doing knitting, but I don't know enough about it to do a 4 minute speech on how to do it. So, I was wondering if you, ladies, would like to help me out!

Requirements:
1. I must be able to do it in front of the class.
2. No food or drink
3. Must be between 3 1/2 minutes and four minutes long
4. Whatever I use must be Big, Bold, and Bright. People have to be able to see it.
5. I need 3 visual aids (3 things that people can look at, i.e. posters)
6. No ovens/microwaves etc.

I don't want to do anything that has sewing in it, because I am a horrible sewer and can't sew very fast. If I need to use glue, the amount of drying time won't be a problem because I will have some pre-made ones ready as well.

So, if you think you have an idea, please post!
p.s. I have looked through the memories and couldn't find anything that I wanted exactly. However, if you see something that you think would be a good idea, please link it because I may have overlooked it.
