Soaps and chocolates

After a few failed attempts at melting soap and chocolate (not at the same time) in the microwave I tried something I read about online, putting it in a glass bowl over a pan of hot water. That worked much better:

They we're all colored/scented with stuff I found around the kitchen. Vanilla, mint extract, teas:








These ones were soaps. The problem with making soaps and candy with the same mold is that it confuses people. I had to keep telling people not to eat their soaps. One person I didn't warn soon enough :) Oops.
