Wall Borders

craftgrrlDoes anyone have any ideas of things that can be done with wall paper borders?
I have thought about with some of them I could take my exacto knife and cut out some of the designs and put on some things, but I'm not exactly sure what. My sister-in-law does a lot of craft shows that sell a lot of neat things, in country/Americana styles, so I want to come up with some things that I can make that she can take to the shows she does.
