i got bored tonight and decided to sew a little heart on my pillow. i'm sure no one's impressed, but i really haven't sewn before, save home ec (barely) and when i was really little and made my grandma teach me but i was like... 6. i'm hoping to get better, and then learn how to use the sewing machine that has been in my garage for years.

for our 6th month anniversary my boyfriend got me roses. :) so when they started to droop i hung them. except, being in a dorm i don't have twine or a ladder (that's how i dry them at home) so i had to make due with duct tape. i hope it still works the same way.
