craftgrrl | Newly bound books + ways to not buy them in NYC

This is a pile of coptic/kettle stitched books and buttonhole bound books I've made in the last week. Mostly with recycled materials and/or high post-consumer waste content papers.

Two of them are going to be available as prizes in a raffle this Friday if you're in the NYC area. Which two is still being decided upon.

If you're interested in this stuff, or maybe burlesque tickets or other craft items and good stuff, The Lucky Cat is having a Tsunami Relief party Friday night, January 28th, 9pm. ALL money from the door and raffle, and a percentage of the bar will be going to reputable charities helping rebuild tsunami ravaged areas in SE Asia.

There will be stand up comedy, music, deejays and of course, the best bloody marys in all of NYC. So come if you can!
